What is the MARCHATHON?

This is our LARGEST FUNDRAISER OF THE YEAR! Marchathon utilizes an efficient and effective online platform that allows students the opportunity to share the "fun" of fundraising with friends and family, by creating customized support links to share.

4 teams, each with a director at the helm, compete against one another for small prizes and bragging rights while raising money for our College Park Band and Color Guard Program!

When is the MARCHATHON?

Marchathon kicks off on AUGUST 20, 2026 and wraps up on SEPTEMBER 3, 2026. It is a 2-week race to raise as much as we can as fast as we can!

What does my student need to do to PREPARE?

Download the app here before the August 14 PREKICKOFF EVENT:

Before Band photos on August 14, RAISE 365 will be here to hype up the event and show students how to enter contacts into the app.

HOW MANY contacts should we enter into the app?

Please help your student enter at least 25 adult contacts into the app.  These can be friends, family, neighbors, or alumni!

How does the KICKOFF EVENT work?

On August 20, students will arrive in the band hall afterschool - grab complimentary Whataburger (such an awesome sponsor of the CP Band) and snacks - and enjoy a fast-paced surge of activity as students race to enter contacts and send out links as fast as they can! We will even have raffle prizes to encourage participation and keep things fun and competitive! 

What is the CELEBRATION?

Held on September 18, 2026 at 3pm, we will have pizza and crazy fun for all who raised at least $20 in their Marchathon app!  There will also be Carousels Ice Cream for the top earning team (and opportunity to purchase for all others), chances to dunk your favorite director in the dunk tank, chances to pie a director in the face, and MORE! Mark your calendar now because you won't want to miss the fun!
