step 3: CISD PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

April 15, 2026: Earliest date for physical/submitting forms.
April 29, 2026: College Park On-Site Physical Date
July 17, 2026: Latest date for band members to submit physical form (Percussion - Aim for July 13)
July 24, 2026: Latest date for band members to submit physical form (Rest of Band - Aim for July 20)

  • New members can purchase the New Member package; all members can order extra or replacement shorts, t-shirts, bags or shoes as needed. 

  • Men’s concert shirts should be ordered for all new members and returning members whose shirt no longer fits.

  • All Required Wear items should be picked up at the Band BBQ on August 21st.
