Tamales are made by Padrino Foods in North Texas and have been made by the same family for over four generations. They’re gluten-free, MSG free, trans fat free, and made with no lard. They’re sold at the Texas State Fair and were selected as the Official Tamale of the Super Bowl in Dallas.
